Being interrupted to be reminded of something that I didn’t really need to know every two or so hours was doing my head in, so a quick Google search now means my days are more peaceful.
Preferring the “disable everything” option, rather than by different types of notifications.
Just in case anyone out there will find it as useful as I have…

turn all facebook notifications off
I always seem to have 15 minutes in the evenings or afternoons to do a quick catch-up. Then with only 46 family and friend contacts I try to keep things simple 🙂
