The following guided meditations are designed so you can meditate for as long as you like, or for as briefly as you’d like, or simply what feels right for you, with no set duration, and without any preconceived ideas.
Between the [Guidance begins] and [Meditation time] markers you can create your own guided meditations too, which, if you felt drawn to, you could share with anyone who wanted to experience and enjoy something new.
You can view these on my website (see the appendix later), where my intention is to add new guided mediations from time to time.
You are also welcome to read the “Meditation” topic earlier on in this book for some tips and guidance.
Enjoy your inner journey!
Jason
Light
Prepare for meditation.
Be comfortable sitting in your chair, or as you sit on the floor, or whatever the case may be.
Every moment of the meditation you are about to have will be an inner, divine conversation between you, and God. Know that whatever happens, even if you don’t notice anything at all, He is with you, and He knows what you need to move you forward spiritually.
Now, allow your meditation to begin, for however long you have in mind, or as you feel your intuition guides you, accepting that whatever happens while you meditate is just what it needs to be, and is perfect for you…
[Guidance begins]
You are in a small open temple. Pillars support the roof, and the temple is made of pure white marble. In the centre is a comfortable seat.
You sit, and soon you feel an energy surrounding you.
A powerful and beautiful golden light begins to swirl all around you from above. This light slowly moves down your body, until it is everywhere, from your head to your toes.
This golden light then changes to a pure blue, and it has a radiance that spreads throughout all of creation, linking you with everything. Sparkles of this most beautiful blue light travel everywhere, as you begin to heal everyone and everything around you.

Gradually, gently, bring your awareness back to the room, or wherever you might be. Slowly become aware of your body, and when you are ready, if you haven’t already, open your eyes. Take your time, as much time as you need, then stretch, and stretch again.
Your meditation has ended, but make sure you feel settled, alert, steady, and back to your normal self, before you continue with any everyday tasks that need your focus and attention.

Dawn is breaking…
You sit safely near the edge of a high cliff, overlooking the ocean, as the colours of a new day can be seen everywhere. You take in the horizon, and are engulfed by the expansiveness of the world around you, as the cool ocean breeze washes gently over your face, and your body.
Above you, you see the birds of the sea, flying high, and you long to be as free as they are.
Slowly your entire body and Spirit are enveloped by a feeling of being connected… You become aware that you are pivotal to the creation you live within, and a feeling of serenity and acceptance overcomes you.
You are the bird.
You are the sea.
This experience is now yours, as you understand just how important you are.

Like a beacon of light from above, descending through your body – God’s energy shines upon you.
You are totally filled with His loving energy. You are supercharged with the power of creation itself.
You are unfolding spiritually like a rose, but with such power, beauty, grandeur and elegance that everyone around you will wonder what has happened to you, how have you have become so happy?
You will no longer struggle, for every moment of each and every day you are aware that God is guiding you, protecting you, nurturing you…
Allow this love between you and your heavenly Father to grow, knowing that your Heavenly Mother is with you as well, watching on with love, both of them proud of all that you are, all that you have become, as they both know the incredible and eternal future that awaits you, which they have given to you, which will never leave you.

Partnership
A meditation for two.

You are walking along a beach, hand in hand. The waves gently roll in, and there is nothing but a gentle breeze against you both.
As you walk, you look up, and notice a bird flying high above. It is a white dove, and it seems to be carrying something.
The dove lands close to you, and then flies away, leaving what it was carrying behind. You and your partner decide to walk to where it was just a moment ago.
Both of you look, bend down together, and pick up what you discover is a fresh olive leaf.
Together you look at each other, and holding each other’s hands, you close your eyes.
Surrounding you both is a presence – very powerful, but very comforting also. It is your heavenly Mother and Father, caring for, nurturing, and protecting you both.
They then speak to you, not with words, but rather with emotion, feeling, and love, and you are drawn within, into a state of experience and reflection that becomes a sacred meditation in itself.
