Print your own

If you would like to print your own copy of “Fuel for the Mind and Soul” at home, and trim and crop the book yourself (a bit of a mission I must admit), or you would like to send it to a professional printing service for as many copies as you wish (please read the copyright disclaimer below), all the files you need are at this Dropbox location.

I have used these options in the past, in case it might help you in choosing the type of media and settings to use:

Paper size: A5 (14.8 x 21 cm) – with 3mm bleed included in above PDF.
Inner pages: 160 gsm (a good option) – Matte – Full colour.
Cover and back: 300 or 400 gsm. The thicker the better.
Wire bound is best, as it is designed as a journal – 14mm coil – Blue coil looks best, but it doesn’t really matter.
